Student's Corner 學生須知 Student Need-to-know

1 . Registration

Course members must finish registration process (should complete the registration procedure) in the Student Affairs and Career Counseling Office before each courses start. Hence, course member identities are confirmed and ID cards are given(issued).

2 . Updates of information

Course members should go to the Student Affairs and Career Counseling Office to submit requests to update one's correspondences (i.e. address and telephone numbers).

3 . Registration

Course members should go to the Student Affairs and Career Counseling Office to submit requests to drop-out, providing reasons of not being able to continue studies. Those course members will need to take entry exams again when they want to study the same courses in future.

4 . Discontinuation of Studies

Any course member whose attendance is less than 50% or/and who drops out without an acceptable reason, the Student Affairs and Career Counseling Office will inform he/she to complete the required procedure to discontinue his/her study, if not, his/her course member status will be terminated. The Centre will not accept any application for a free course within one year from the same course member.
